Who Am I?

I am someone who has always had an interest in the brain. From a young age I was curious about what made us who we are. I was the youngest of four siblings and I was aware that even though we grew up in the same house with the same parents, we were four very different individuals. Not just in personality and how we took in and reacted to situations but in what kind of students we were and how we went about learning. Some of us excelled in school while some of us were more athletically inclined.

As a parent, I had a son diagnosed on the Autism spectrum. I took a deep dive into all things neurological to learn what was actually happening inside to produce the behaviors we were seeing on the outside. My findings were fascinating and I want to share them with you.

I am a student and practioner of ZHealth Performance Solutions. A Neurocentric educational curriculum for health and fitness professionals. I advocate for maintaining and improving our brains at every age.
